Limited support for my off-hour work schedule was frustrating
I have to say upfront that the biggest issue for me was how poorly the system fit my working hours. I work during late evenings and sometimes very early mornings, expecting to be able to use the software and get support when needed. But WFHI's support lines were mostly active during regular business hours, which just didn’t align with my schedule. This mismatch made it hard to get immediate help when I ran into problems during my peak work hours. Though the software access itself was straightforward and the sign-up process went fine, not being able to reach assistance when I actually needed it put a damper on my experience. The automatic updates also occurred during times I was actively working, sometimes interrupting tasks, which added to my frustration. On the plus side, billing and invoicing were clear and well organized, so I never had confusion there. Still, for someone who doesn’t follow a typical 9-to-5 routine, this set-up felt rigid and a bit impractical. I would have preferred more flexible support options, maybe 24/7 chat or callback services. As it stands, the system and services seem better suited to people working regular hours rather than those like me with unconventional schedules. That was the one thing that impacted my overall experience more than anything else.
