Limited Compatibility with Actual Work Hours

I was quite hopeful when I first signed up with the WFHI software and training platform since it promised flexibility and efficiency for running remote workflows. However, from the sales and pre-purchase information, it seemed to me that the software fitted well with standard working hours. But when I actually started using it, I realized the scheduling tools were not as flexible as I expected for the hours I personally work each day. The dialer and calling tools, which I thought would allow me to customize call times to suit my availability, mostly relied on preset slots that didn't match my preferred schedule. On the plus side, the onboarding flow was smooth, and the software updated automatically, which took away the hassle of manual upgrades. Billing and invoicing were straightforward through their portal, so at least in terms of setting up payments, the process went quite well. But the mismatch with my working hours made the experience frustrating overall, as I felt constrained rather than empowered. I found that telephonic support was willing to listen to my concerns but could not offer any workaround for the core issue of timing. I appreciate that one aspect went well, but since accommodating my actual hours is crucial, this felt like a significant oversight in the sales presentation, which promised more instantaneous alignment with individual schedules.
