Liked how most things made sense from the start
I really enjoyed how the training sessions used clear wording and labels on the software throughout. It made navigating the interface a lot less intimidating than I expected for a new tool. The tutorials explained features in simple terms, and all the button names were intuitive, which helped me get through onboarding smoothly. That said, I did come across a few places where the wording could feel a bit technical or vague for someone totally new. Still, these were minor and didn’t slow me down much. The database labels were especially well done — they matched the kind of info I needed to manage daily. Overall, I felt enthusiastic because learning felt straightforward, and the software’s design supported my understanding right away. With just a few small label tweaks here and there, it could be even easier for new users to feel confident faster. I’m happy with my initial training and would use these tools going forward with ease.
