Like telling a friend: mostly good but a bit slow at first
I think if I was telling a friend about WFHI’s training and onboarding, I would say it's mostly positive but with a caveat. The trainers and support staff were quite responsive whenever I reached out, which I really valued. They answered my questions and helped with the setup in a friendly and timely manner. However, the onboarding itself felt a little slow and sometimes I wasn’t sure if I was moving through it as efficiently as possible. A few steps seemed unnecessarily complicated or vague, which made me hesitate before proceeding further. Still, considering that I was new to remote workflow software, the overall experience was supportive and encouraging. I think the responsiveness of the people involved made up for a bit of the initial confusion. So, in short, I’d recommend the training part to anyone but advise patience and persistence through the early stages.
