Like a smooth ride, mostly
Purchasing from WFHI felt quite easy, and the steps made sense. The sign-up process was straightforward and didn’t take much time. I appreciated how the instructions were laid out clearly, making it simple to understand what to do next. The invoicing also flowed naturally, which is great when you are trying to focus on other areas. I did engage in a bit of back and forth for a few small clarifications, which, while minor, added some unnecessary moments of friction. But generally, it was smooth, and I felt confident throughout. The layout of the steps being intuitive took a lot of stress out of the experience. I genuinely enjoyed the process, which was mostly seamless. Overall, it felt friendly and manageable without being overwhelming. Next time, I’ll know what to expect, and I think the experience will be even better. It was a nice journey, and I’m looking forward to using the product as it all felt right.
