Less repetition would have been nice
Going through the training and onboarding, I noticed both strengths and small areas for improvement. On one hand, the process was thorough, covering all the necessary tools—from setting up the dialer to managing databases and even billing systems. This meant I didn’t feel left out at any stage. On the other hand, there was quite a bit of repetition, which, while sometimes helpful for reinforcement, occasionally tested my patience as I waited through guided videos or instructions revisiting points that felt clear. At the same time, the gaps between interactive steps could be long enough that I found myself waiting instead of actively practicing. Those pauses sometimes disrupted my engagement. The automatic updates ran in the background smoothly, so no interruptions there. Telephonic support was available but, honestly, I had fewer moments I felt the need to reach out. I think the process is solid for new users, but cutting down on repeated explanations and trimming wait times would make it feel more polished. Considering everything, I enjoyed the overall learning curve and appreciated how all facets were covered; just some streamlining would have enhanced efficiency. Missing was a bit more dynamic pacing to keep momentum high without sacrificing completeness.
