Less effort than I expected, labels were pretty clear
Compared to other platforms I've used for remote workflow management, the support and communication at WFHI took less effort than I was bracing myself for. I expected the labels and wording within the system to be somewhat confusing or filled with jargon, but they surprised me by being straightforward and descriptive. When I first needed assistance, the telephonic support team understood my questions without me having to repeat or rephrase endlessly. The labels on buttons and in the dashboard were intuitive, which made navigation easier and reduced my reliance on customer support. Overall, the experience was smoother than anticipated. I still ran into a few moments where I wasn’t 100% sure which option to select, but the wording helped me figure it out quickly. Communication was consistent and polite, which I appreciated since I’d dealt with support systems before that were cold or overly scripted. This made the difference in how comfortable I felt asking for help or clarifications. I’d say that while it wasn’t perfect, WFHI's approach to wording and support made the process considerably less taxing than expected.
