Less clear than previous tools I have tried
I expected the sales process to be more straightforward since I had used similar software before. The sign-up flow took longer than I thought, and I found the initial database setup instructions lacking in clarity compared to past services. Invoicing explanations were not as thorough as I hoped either, which made me spend extra time on calls with support. Although the software has functionality, it surprised me how much more cumbersome it felt to get started when compared with tools I previously used. The training and onboarding experience could definitely be improved to match prior standards I’ve encountered elsewhere.
