Left feeling frustrated and lost
I came into the training eager to learn, but I ended up feeling rather confused. Despite some elements being explained, I never really felt confident by the end. I could tell they had a lot of information to share, but it was delivered in a way that left me more uncertain than before. I understand that some people might find it useful, but for me, it was just not what I hoped for.
