Learning flow made much sense but labels weren't always intuitive
The training and onboarding overall worked out well for me. I found that the flow of lessons made sense and generally guided me logically through the software features. The exercises helped me understand how to use the calling tools and update the database in workflow steps. However, what did throw me off sometimes was the wording and labels within the software interface. They were slightly ambiguous or used uncommon terms for certain functions, which meant I had to pause and double-check a few things before proceeding. That slowed me down a bit but didn’t stop me from eventually figuring it out. The onboarding videos were clear, but some of the captions or button names didn’t quite line up with everyday language, making the new user experience a touch harder than I expected. Still, I feel confident now in navigating the toolkit because the overall setup process did keep me engaged and on track. The outcome was positive for me, and I learned enough to use the software efficiently despite the label confusion.
