Sign up process itna straightforward nahi tha jitna mujhe laga tha, invoices and payment instructions ko samajhne me bhi confusion hota raha. Lagta hai ki training aur onboarding ke process ko thoda aur better organize karna chahiye especially jab new users hain jo pehli baar remote working software use kar rahe hain. Ye sab cheezein mila ke overall experience thoda thaka dene wala raha tha.
