Lacks flexibility in billing options
Compared to other software services I have used before, the billing and payment system here falls a bit short for my needs. The sign-up and invoicing were handled efficiently, yet the payment process felt rigid. Unlike previous platforms that allowed more flexible payment schedules and multiple modes of payment without hassle, this system seemed limited and inflexible. Although the priority assistance team was responsive in answering billing questions, the lack of customizable payment options diminished my overall experience. I found the process straightforward but lacking the adaptability that would serve various user needs better, especially for those with fluctuating cash flow. This made me wonder if the service is well suited for users seeking an entirely hassle-free billing relationship. In all, while things got processed correctly, the limited payment features lessened my enthusiasm for future renewals.
