Lacking clear guidance pre-purchase
Before purchasing the WFHI software and training, I expected a more detailed and straightforward explanation of what exactly I was getting and how the processes would be managed. Unfortunately, the pre-purchase material was quite sparse, forcing me to figure out significant parts of the onboarding and software capabilities on my own. Although there were some general descriptions, specifics about the database feature and the way calling tools integrate were not fully clarified. I had to spend additional time going through trial versions and reading community forums to understand the workflow properly. The invoicing and payment procedures were only briefly mentioned, leaving me uncertain about how smoothly those steps would operate. I appreciate that some automated updates were discussed but details on how they would impact usability were missing. As a result, I faced some avoidable confusion once I started the actual onboarding process. For a paid product and training service, I feel the sales information could have been more transparent and comprehensive. It left too much for the user to discover independently instead of being clearly outlined by the provider in advance.
