Lacked consistent support needed for daily use
I found the daily use of the software frustrating because it regularly failed to behave as expected, making routine tasks more complicated than they should be. The calling tools sometimes lagged or lost connection, which interrupted what I was trying to achieve each day. Telephonic support was available but seemed more reactive than proactive and did not address the ongoing problems effectively. Updates sometimes changed features without clear communication, leading to confusion. The onboarding and training didn't prepare me sufficiently for the day-to-day difficulties, and although sign-up and payment processes were straightforward, that initial ease quickly faded. Simply put, the software did not deliver the reliable communication and support I needed for consistent work, and this serious lack of dependability made it not useful for me in practice.
