Lacked consistent software stability
I found the WFHI software to be quite unreliable on a day-to-day basis. Despite managing to access it initially, frequent glitches disrupted my workflow multiple times. The call dialer often failed to connect properly, and at times, the database feature was inaccessible without warning. This inconsistency made it hard to depend on the software for regular remote work. Additionally, attempts to reach telephonic support for help were often met with long waits and delayed responses. Updates promised better performance but instead introduced new bugs that affected usability. Overall, I was frustrated by how much basic functionality was missing or unstable during my usage. It felt like a tool still in development rather than something ready for routine use. This ongoing instability affected my experience negatively and impacted my confidence in the platform's readiness for dependable daily tasks. Due to these issues, I was unable to make the software a productive part of my work setup.
