Lacked clear sales confidence and details
During the pre-purchase phase, I was weighing the features against the price, trying to decide if this software would truly help me manage remote workflows efficiently. The sales materials provided a decent overview, but I felt something was missing in terms of practical examples or deeper explanations about the support options and update frequency. I asked several questions about the calling tools and the database integration, but the answers felt somewhat scripted and didn’t fully address my concerns. The signup and invoicing process was clear enough, but I didn’t get a strong sense of ongoing help beyond basic telephonic support. Training descriptions sounded promising, but I didn’t get to test the software hands-on before committing, which left me a bit uneasy. Overall, by the time I finished talking with sales, I was left unsure about how much immediate support and customization the product would offer. This uncertainty impacted my confidence in purchasing. I can see the software might work well for some, but without more hands-on demonstration or detailed explanations, I hesitated to proceed. The sales experience didn’t inspire full confidence for me personally, lacking the thoroughness I needed to feel assured about the product’s fit and ongoing assistance.
