Lacked clarity in sales and startup pace
I found the sales and pre-purchase process of the WFHI software quite frustrating due to how long it took to get going. The initial signup was complicated by unclear invoicing details and delays in receiving payment confirmations. This set back my ability to start training and onboarding, which was disappointing. I expected a more streamlined experience but instead got stuck waiting multiple days for access while various automated updates caused confusion. Calling tools were unavailable during this initial stage, thus I couldn't evaluate the dialer or database features early on. Though support was eventually available by phone, it didn’t resolve the pace issues efficiently and I was left repeating the same concerns multiple times. Given my experience, it felt like the entire pre-purchase phase lacked sufficient coordination to get users started quickly. For future customers, I would advise weighing these onboarding delays carefully. The software itself might be fine once operational, but the time to begin was a critical drawback I faced.
