Lacked clarity and structure compared to other platforms
My experience with the training and onboarding through WFHI was disappointing compared to prior systems I have used. The training content felt incomplete and lacked structure, which made it difficult to follow the tutorials smoothly. Unlike other platforms where there is a clear step-by-step walkthrough with supporting examples, WFHI's modules seemed loosely connected and at times unclear. The instructions had limited detail and were not consistent in terminology, causing confusion during practical tasks. I also missed having accessible reference materials that I could revisit during onboarding or afterward. Consequently, it took me longer than expected to get comfortable with the software interface and calling tools. There were also fewer live support sessions available in training, which I previously found helpful to clarify doubts immediately. Overall, WFHI's training did not match the quality and user-friendliness of other platforms I have used before. This gap slowed my progress and left me frustrated as I depended heavily on clear and systematic onboarding to get started effectively with remote workflows. Without more comprehensive and well-organized training, I found it hard to gain confidence in using the tools.
