Lacked clarity and left me figuring out too much myself
I found the sales and pre-purchase experience somewhat frustrating as there was very little guidance provided upfront, which meant much of the key information was not explained clearly before I committed. The materials available gave a general overview but did not provide sufficient detail on crucial aspects like exact software features or training expectations. I had to spend considerable time researching and experimenting with the platform independently to understand how the remote workflow software fit my needs. The sign-up and invoicing processes themselves were functional, but I felt that a better orientation session or pre-purchase Q&A would have saved me a lot of confusion. Moreover, the communication about what the product actually entailed and how to optimize its use was sparse, requiring me to reach out repeatedly for clarification. This lack of proactive support before purchase left me cobbling together knowledge post-purchase, which felt inefficient and discouraging. As a result, the outcome for me was that I did get the software to a working state, but only after considerable personal effort rather than through clear assistance or detailed upfront explanation.
