Lack of confidence from the start was the worst part
I used the software and expected to find it straightforward, but the whole experience left me frustrated. The access was complicated, and I did not feel confident navigating any of the features. The call dialer had issues that made me doubt if it would function during actual work. Even after multiple attempts, the training did not clarify things for me, and the database seemed too complex to manage. The automatic updates felt like they were making things more confusing rather than improving the interface. I tried to reach support by phone but was put on hold for a long time, resulting in no clear resolution. The onboarding steps were poorly structured, leaving me unsure about which tool to use when. The invoicing and payment process was another spot where I faced delays and ambiguity, adding to my doubt about the software’s reliability. In short, I never reached a point where I felt comfortable or confident with the product because everything seemed to be either broken or unclear. This was disappointing since I was hoping for a smooth start but instead ended up more confused than before.
