Lack of confidence due to poor support communications

I am disappointed with the support experience as I did not feel confident by the time my issues were supposedly addressed. The responses I received were often delayed and sometimes lacked clarity, leaving me uncertain about the status of my requests. The telephonic support did not reassure me either, as I found the communication somewhat generic and not tailored to the specific problems I faced. I had hoped for a more proactive approach and precise guidance throughout, which was missing. Overall, this left me frustrated and without a sense of resolution, making it difficult to trust the product or the support system for future needs.
