Lack of confidence because support lagged behind expectations
I initially expected the telephonic support to be a lot more responsive and thorough based on the initial information I was given when signing up with WFHI. What actually happened was quite disappointing because every time I reached out, I felt like I wasn’t getting clear or timely answers, which undermined my confidence in using the software effectively. The calling tools and dialer setup, for example, were issues I hoped to resolve quickly with help, but the responses were quite vague. I kept expecting better live guidance, especially as I was new to remote workflow software. Automatic updates were one bright spot since I did not have to constantly worry about software maintenance, but that alone was not enough to compensate. The billing and payment explanation was straightforward, and the invoicing clear enough, so at least in those areas, consistency was there. However, when the core support itself was lacking, it made me question continuing with the service. The one part that stood out most to me was the slow and uninformative telephonic support as this affected everything else.
