Lack of clear guidance was biggest problem
My attempt to use WFHI’s sales and pre-purchase information was really frustrating because so much was left to be figured out on my own. There was a notable absence of clear instructions about what the software included and how exactly to get started. I expected some structured training or onboarding, but instead, I was largely left without much detail and had to spend time puzzling through features and processes. The sales material was skimpy and didn’t answer important questions, which made signing up stressful because I wasn’t sure what I was committing to. Overall, I felt poorly supported throughout the initial steps and wasn’t able to get help without calling support multiple times. Even then, the responses were inconsistent and often didn’t directly address my confusion. This experience left me completely put off, especially since I had to work so much out for myself rather than being guided through it. I’m not satisfied and would caution others expecting clear assistance and structure before purchase.
