Lack of clear guidance in onboarding was disappointing

The training and onboarding experience with WFHI was quite frustrating for me. When I first signed up, I expected some clear and straightforward steps explaining how to use the software effectively, but I found it difficult to locate the relevant instructions. The user interface during onboarding didn't highlight the essential tutorials I needed to understand the calling tools and database usage. I spent more time trying to find the basics than on actual learning. Additionally, the training materials seemed incomplete, lacking depth in areas crucial for setting up automated workflows. It was not practical at all for someone new to remote work software. I definitely felt lost during the early stages and wished for a more structured onboarding flow that could guide me step-by-step. Because of this, I struggled to use the dialer and calling features confidently, which was a major letdown after purchasing. A better organized and accessible training section would have improved my experience significantly.
