Lack of clarity in wording stopped me from understanding
I found the sales and pre-purchase information provided to be incomplete and somewhat confusing, primarily because the wording used did not clearly explain key features or the step-by-step process necessary for setup. Although the software promises smooth workflow management, the descriptions lacked specifics about how to use core functions such as the calling tools and the database feature. I was also unclear about the automatic updates and how they might affect existing workflows; this made me hesitant about proceeding. The labels on the billing and payment pages were insufficiently distinguished, which further added to my uncertainty about the overall costs and invoicing timelines. I expected to gain clearer guidance on what was included with each software tier but found that missing. Telephonic support was mentioned but not clearly detailed, so I did not know when or how to seek help effectively. Additionally, onboarding and training information were superficial, offering little insight into troubleshooting or stepwise navigation. Without a better explanation of terms and processes, this lack of clarity left me doubtful about my ability to manage operations independently or get timely assistance if needed. This gap strongly impacted my confidence in moving forward with the service.
