Lack of clarity in sales info really frustrating
When I first looked at WFHI’s offerings, I expected clear explanations about what the software and training actually included. Unfortunately, I found the sales information confusing and vague in several important areas. The descriptions didn’t clearly outline what the calling tools and database features could do or how seamless the integration would be. It also wasn’t obvious from the start how the training was delivered or what level of support was available after signing up. This made it hard to assess whether the product matched my needs. The sign-up and payment details were partially buried in small print, which added to the uncertainty. I reached out to the helpline a couple of times before purchase, but the answers I got seemed scripted rather than clarifying. Without knowing exactly what the software’s workflow capabilities were, I felt hesitant to commit. The lack of transparent, straightforward sales communication left me frustrated and uncertain about proceeding. A clearer outline of the onboarding process and ongoing service would have helped me understand what I was getting. Honestly, I found the whole pre-purchase information provided by WFHI lacking the clarity needed for a confident decision on software and training solutions for remote work.
