Labels worked fine but some confusion lingered

At first I thought the wording in the app would be straightforward because they describe the workflow clearly. Some labels did make sense and matched what I expected to find, like the calling tools section. However, a few areas were less obvious and required some guesswork, especially around the database features where the labels weren't always intuitive. This caused small delays while I tried to understand if I was in the right place. The onboarding flow used fairly clear language overall but occasionally switched terminology that confused me. I ended up making calls and using the dialer successfully, so those aspects were fine and the instructions for them were accurate. Telephonic support confirmed some terms but did not clarify everything. Sign-up and invoicing wording mostly made sense, but the user interface sometimes separated related tasks in unexpected ways. Automatic updates didn't affect visible labels but shifted some menus, which added a bit to the uncertainty. Overall, I appreciated what went right in communication but hope they review this for simpler phrasing in future updates.
