Labels were the one part that caught my attention

In my experience with WFHI’s training and onboarding, most steps were described plainly and logically. The materials provided were organized, and I could follow along with the majority of the setup process without too much confusion. However, one thing I noticed was that some of the wording and labels within the software interface did not always make immediate sense. For example, within the database section, certain labels felt vague, which slowed me down when trying to sort or access data efficiently. This was somewhat unexpected considering the rest of the training was quite structured. The onboarding was comprehensive, covering everything from using the dialer to handling automatic updates, yet this inconsistency in phrasing stood out as a minor drawback. Support and telephonic assistance were helpful when needed, particularly when clarifications about workflow setup were required. The sign-up and payment steps were straightforward and well-explained. All in all, while most of the onboarding process was effective, some of the terminology used within the platform could benefit from clearer or more intuitive wording to make the experience smoother for new users.
