Labels were mostly clear, but 'Schedule Override' confused me
The sales and pre-purchase phase guided me through the software’s different features in a logical order. Starting with the sign-up and invoicing process, everything was labeled clearly, such as 'User Access', 'Database Sync', and 'Auto Update Settings'. This helped me understand each function’s purpose before deciding to proceed. The pricing and billing terms were straightforward, and I liked being able to see a summary before confirming. However, the one area where I paused was a label called 'Schedule Override'—I wasn’t exactly sure what that meant at first, and it took a bit of digging in the FAQ to figure it out. Aside from that, everything else was intuitive. This detail slightly slowed down my decision-making but did not deter me from going forward with the purchase. I appreciate the mostly clear language and the simple workflow; it made the pre-purchase process manageable and transparent.
