labels were hit and miss

I found the wording in the wfhi portal to be a bit all over the place honestly. Some labels made sense right away, like 'database' and 'calling tools', but others felt vague or confusing. For example, during onboarding, the step labeled 'workflow setup' didn’t really explain what I was supposed to do next, so I had to guess or look for clues elsewhere. Telephonic support helped clear that up a bit, but it took a few tries to get the right explanation. On the plus side, the invoice and payment pages were straightforward and well labeled, so paying was hassle free. But the dialer interface used some terms I wasn’t familiar with, which slowed me down at first during actual calls. Having automatic updates happen quietly was nice, though I wasn’t always sure what exactly changed or improved unless I contacted support. Overall, I felt like the communication could be smoother if all labels and wording were consistent and clear through all parts of the software and training. Not bad, but not perfect either, somewhere in between for me.
