Labels were consistent but database wording stood out
The wording and labels throughout the onboarding process were consistent. Most terms used were straightforward, making it easy to follow what was required at each step. However, I found that the terminology around the database feature was a bit denser than other sections, leading me to take extra time to understand how to manage contacts and integrate data. This stood out from the rest of the labels, which were more intuitive. Even so, the labels served their purpose without causing any errors during setup, so overall the process went smoothly with only minor moments of pause because of that one part.
