Labels were confusing to the point of frustration

I started by trying to figure out the support system, but right away the terminology used in the menus and help prompts just confused me. The labels did not match the expected descriptions, making navigation a frustrating experience. For example, buttons had ambiguous names and the dialer options were not straightforward at all. I found myself clicking through options without knowing what each would do. This continued when I tried to access the database feature, where the categories were poorly named and inconsistent. I even attempted to contact telephonic support, but the instructions over the phone again used conflicting terms that made it hard to understand what steps to take next. The invoicing section at least had clearer labels, but the overall poor wording marred the entire process. This experience drained my patience as I had to spend more time than I planned just figuring out what everything meant, which I did not expect when signing up for WFHI.
