Labels were confusing, but I ended up cancelling
Before purchasing, I tried to understand all the sales materials, but some of the wording was unclear to me. The terms used in the pricing labels didn't accurately reflect actual features, which caused hesitation. For example, certain packages were named in a way that suggested included services that ultimately required additional fees. The signup page wasn’t as intuitive as I expected based on the pre-purchase information. The onboarding instructions also did not clarify these discrepancies early on. Despite this, the support team was the one good part; they answered my queries politely and provided explanations when called. Still, I felt unsure about continuing because the labeling left me confused. In the end, the experience led me to decide not to proceed further with their solution. It wasn’t that the software didn't function—it was more about the misleading presentation beforehand. I think clearer communication in the sales and signup process would help future customers.
