Labels Were Confusing and Misleading
The onboarding experience left me uncertain because many of the labels and terminologies used throughout the training and software felt confusing. At first, I thought I'd quickly understand the calling tools and database sections, but the inconsistent wording made it hard to follow. For example, some tabs were named similarly but led to very different features, which made navigation frustrating. While the setup process was generally okay, the unclear labels slowed me down significantly and made me hesitate to explore certain features. I will say that telephonic support was somewhat helpful in clarifying some terms, but overall, the vague wording diminished the training's effectiveness and made getting comfortable with the software difficult.
