Labels were clear but sometimes misleading

I had expectations that all the terminology in the software and training would be straightforward and intuitive, but it turned out that some labels and section headings were a bit confusing compared to what I anticipated. For example, certain dashboard elements titled as "Projects" Were actually task collections, which was unexpected. This mismatch caused some initial disorientation when navigating the interface. On the other hand, the calling tools and database references felt well labeled and aligned with what I was trained on. Support communication used some terms more precisely than I expected, which helped clarify points quickly, although the vocabulary switched between business and technical terms in ways that sometimes clashed with my assumptions. Ultimately, I found the wording to be mostly effective with some notable exceptions where the labels didn’t fully match the function they represented. So my verdict is that the language used in the system and training is fairly good but could benefit from a bit more consistency.
