Labels were clear but some wording confused me later
Reflecting on my experience with WFHI’s sales and pre-purchase process, I can say some elements worked better than others. The labels and buttons on the sign-up forms and invoices were clear and straightforward, making initial navigation surprisingly easy. I appreciated that the software used terminology I recognized, which lowered the learning curve. However, after using the system for a while, I found that some wording within the sales documents and automated emails was a bit confusing or inconsistent. For example, certain terms related to billing cycles and payment deadlines weren’t always explained in full detail, leading to small misunderstandings. This became more noticeable as I tried to reconcile my payments with the invoices I received. While the overall sales experience was relatively smooth, the clarity of some documents could have been better. In hindsight, the clarity of interface labels made the sign-up fairly simple, but the inconsistent terminology in communication caused occasional uncertainty, which I didn’t expect from a platform focused on remote workflows.
