Labels were clear but some inconsistencies in terms
When I was exploring the WFHI software for the first time, I paid close attention to the sales and pre-purchase information provided. The labels and terms mostly made sense; for example, the description of the database features was straightforward, and the outline of the onboarding process was logical. However, I did notice that some terms were reused in slightly different ways in the software and the training sections, which made it a bit harder to be certain about what was exactly included or optional. The sign-up process was simple, but the invoicing descriptions seemed to jump between referring to subscription periods and payment windows with no clear explanation. Overall, the sales presentation was functional and clear enough to continue, but a consistent labeling scheme would remove ambiguity. I appreciated the lack of excessive jargon, which kept it accessible. I'd say the wording is generally robust for those already acquainted with such tools, but newcomers might need to ask for clarity in some spots. The balance between good and bad here is narrow and worth attention.
