Labels sometimes confusing but support did help
I found WFHI's support and communication to be a bit of a mixed bag. The wording used in the software interface and the labels for various features weren't always intuitive. At times, it took extra effort to understand what each option was supposed to do, which slowed down workflows a bit. On the other hand, when I reached out for help, the telephonic support team was generally helpful and patient, walking me through instructions in plain language. They responded in a timely manner and helped clarify the confusing parts, which I appreciated. While the communication from support was good, the software could use clearer labeling to reduce those initial hiccups. So, while this aspect wasn’t perfect, the practical help made using the platform manageable overall.
