So I’ve been trying to figure out how the software’s sign-up and dashboard labeling works, and honestly, mixed feelings hain. I like that many options and buttons are in English and pretty straightforward, like the database and dialer tools. Lekin kuch labels thode confusing lage, especially during training videos jab woh quickly jump karte hain from one feature to another. Kabhi kabhi mujhe samajhne mein time lagta that the naming wasn’t very user-friendly. Payment process aur invoicing were clearly explained but in a way that I still had to double-check because the terms felt a bit technical. Support was ready to help jab bhi call kiya, par unka explanation bhi kabhi kabhi thoda rushed lagta tha. Overall, system accha hai aur instructions mostly samajh mein aate hain, but if thoda aur simple language use karenge toh beginner users zyada asaani feel karenge. Par haan, main use karta rahunga aur improve karte rahenge.
