Labels on the dashboard caught me off guard in a good way
When I first started using WFHI's telephonic support and dialer tools, I noticed that some labels and terminologies used in the software weren't what I initially expected. For example, phrases that I thought would be technical jargon were actually quite user-friendly. On the other hand, certain buttons had labels that were a bit vague and required a moment to understand their function. Calling the support team to clarify was helpful, but it surprised me that the documentation could have been clearer. Communication through telephonic support was straightforward, but the way items were worded inside the software itself was what stood out. This made me rethink the user interface clarity versus spoken support clarity in the system.
