Labels on software interface mostly clear but some confusion remained

The software and access experience was generally positive, largely because the dashboard and menu labels are intuitive and logically grouped. Navigating through calls, database entries, and training resources is usually straightforward. However, there was some confusion caused by inconsistent terminology used in certain sections. For instance, labels like "Call Queue" And "Dialer Settings" Didn't immediately convey their full purpose until I explored them more thoroughly. Similarly, payment-related options sometimes used wording that wasn’t entirely self-explanatory, requiring additional clicks to clarify. On the positive side, the onboarding tutorial did a good job explaining key features and their locations, which helped compensate for occasional label ambiguity. I imagine with more standardization in naming, the user experience could improve further. Still, from where I’m standing, getting access up and running was hassle-free, and the software overall felt coherent enough to use efficiently. While some misnomers slowed me briefly, the system’s design supports ease of use once certain terms become familiar. This suggests the interface is largely well thought out but could benefit from finer wording adjustments.
