Labels on software interface confusing, but sign-up was smooth
The software interface often used terminology that didn’t make immediate sense, which caused a lot of confusion about what action was expected. For example, the buttons for accessing the database and dialer were not clearly labeled, making navigation difficult for me. Since the labels were ambiguous or technical, I found myself hesitating before clicking anything, slowing down my initial setup. However, the sign-up process and invoicing were straightforward and easy to understand. Payment was processed smoothly without any issues, and automatic updates didn’t cause confusion as they were more background tasks. Despite these positives, the unclear wording on key software features significantly hindered my access and comfort in using the system from the start.
