Labels on invoices were a bit confusing at first

I expected the billing and payments labels within the software and invoice documents to be straightforward. Initially, terms and some charges on invoices seemed unclear compared to what I was accustomed to with other platforms. The invoice labels didn’t always match my expectations, which caused me to double-check before proceeding with payments. Over time, after cross-referencing with support and the user guide, the wording became more understandable. I’m used to seeing certain terms more explicitly defined, so the surprise was in the subtle difference of labels like “Usage fee” versus “Service charge” which weren’t as clearly differentiated here. Still, the overall invoicing system was functional and payments processed smoothly, so the confusion was more about terminology than actual functionality. Looking back, a more detailed explanation alongside invoices or more intuitive naming within the billing dashboard would have improved the user experience, avoiding the initial hesitance about what each line item represented.
