labels needed minor tweaks but effort was manageable
I was expecting the software interface to be pretty straightforward with clear labels from the start since I've used similar tools before. While many of the terms used in the software matched my expectations, there were still a few labels that felt a bit confusing or ambiguous initially. For example, some buttons were named in ways that didn’t quite align with what I thought they would trigger, so I had to spend additional time figuring out their actual purpose. It wasn’t a huge problem; just slightly more effort than anticipated. I suppose since the software updates automatically, these aspects might improve over time. Accessing different parts of the database and the dialer felt generally smooth, but clearer wording here would definitely have reduced my learning curve. Overall, I did manage to get comfortable without much trouble, but I’d rate this a solid four because of those small wording hiccups.
