Labels need to be clearer
I found the wording and labels within the WFHI software quite confusing for much of my use. Throughout the onboarding steps especially, it seemed like terms were not consistent, which made it hard to quickly find what I wanted or understand what certain features actually did. However, one aspect that I can acknowledge was fine is the basic call dialer functionality. It did the job of placing calls without interruptions, so at least that part worked efficiently. But as far as overall communication inside the platform goes, I was often left guessing what some buttons meant or what the instructions were trying to convey. This slowed down my workflow because I had to cross-check explanations repeatedly before being confident about the next step. In summary, while the dialer’s reliability was decent, the unclear labeling and wording did not meet my practical expectations and distracted from achieving smooth work processes.
