Labels ne thoda confusion create kiya
Maine WFHI ka software use karna start kiya aur jo mujhe sabse zyada dikkat hui wo tha software ke labels aur wording. Kuch buttons aur options aise the jinpar nazar daalte hi samajh nahi aata ki unka function kya hai. Maine kaafi der laga ke samajhne ki koshish ki ki konse feature kis kaam ke liye hain, kyunki kuch terms itni clear nahi thi. Lekin, overall interface clean tha aur access mein koi problem nahi hui. Agar ye labels thode aur simple ya explanatory hote, toh shayad naya user jaldi adapt kar sakta tha. Training ke dauran bhi, ye confusion thoda kam kar sakta hai agar terminology consistent ho. Software ke baaki features acche hain, par language thodi confusing thi jo experience ko thoda affect karti hai.
