Labels mostly made sense, but took some getting used to

At first, I was a bit thrown off by the wording they used in the software menus and labels. Some of the terms felt slightly technical or vague, which made me pause and think about what exactly the function would do before clicking. But once I spent a few days using the dialer and database features, things started clicking and the labels made a lot more sense in context. Like, the training really helped clarify any doubts about those terms. The invoicing and sign-up process labels were pretty straightforward though, so I didn’t have much trouble there. I’d say it’s a bit of a mixed bag where the wording could be clearer in some parts, but on the whole, after some use and guidance, it feels natural to navigate. I’d tell a friend it’s definitely not confusing once you get past the first few hours, but going in without any training might leave you scratching your head for a bit.
