Labels mostly made sense, but calling tool terminology stood out

The training and onboarding packaging was mostly okay in terms of wording and how the steps were labelled. Most of the instructions followed a clear sequence and terminology was generally straightforward, making it easy enough to follow along. However, one thing that stood out a bit was the specific language used to describe the calling tools and the dialer features. Some of the labels there felt somewhat inconsistent with the rest of the interface and could confuse new users at first glance. I didn’t find it a major obstacle, but it was the part of the materials that caught my attention the most by being slightly different in style. The rest of the training content seemed well thought out and the invoicing and payment process instructions were clear, so overall I was reasonably comfortable with it. I suppose with time and usage I might adapt fully or get used to the wording, but it might be worth revisiting that particular section in future updates to make it feel more integrated.
