Labels mostly confusing, but support name was clear
When I was using WFHI’s telephonic support and trying to navigate through their software, I found that a lot of the wording and labels they used were pretty confusing and not very user-friendly. For example, inside the database section, some fields had names that didn’t immediately make sense, and it required trial and error to figure out what they actually meant. Even the calling tools interface had some buttons with vague descriptions, which slowed down my workflow considerably. This made the training and onboarding process tougher, as I couldn’t focus on learning the tasks but was often puzzled by terminology. On the bright side, one thing that stood out positively was the way their support team was labeled in the software—clear and accessible, which made it easy for me to find help when I needed it. The telephonic support itself was patient and helpful, but I think improving the wording and labels throughout the software would make a huge difference and reduce confusion upfront. It felt like sometimes the developers were too accustomed to their own terms without considering the user perspective. Overall, a little more clarity in language would improve the experience significantly.
