Labels mostly clear, but the dialer naming caught my eye

As I explored the software and tried to get comfortable with all its features, I found the general wording and labels fairly sensible. The database section was well-labelled and mostly intuitive, which helped me organize my contacts easily. However, when I started using the calling tools, I noticed the dialer option’s label was somewhat ambiguous, at least to me. It wasn’t instantly obvious if clicking that button would start a call or open a settings menu first. That stood out because during my remote workflow, clarity in such core tools really matters. While the onboarding material did cover it, a clearer or more descriptive label could reduce confusion for new users. The automatic updates didn’t change any labels unexpectedly, thankfully. Telephonic support was helpful in resolving this quickly when I put through my question, which saved frustration. The invoicing and payment processes were straightforward, no surprises there. So, while most of the product’s interface made sense, I think refining just this small part could improve user experience meaningfully. Still, I’m adjusting well and find overall navigation decent as I keep using the platform.
